The first day of school at Elliott is Monday, August 27th. School starts promptly at 8:30 am but we will open our campus for a supervised recess from 8:00 - 8:30 each day. We will have early release on 3 days next week, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, at 1:30pm. If your child is in Transitional Kindergarten or Kindergarten their release time will be at 1:00 all the way through October 5th. Please remember to pick up your child on time. This year, TK, Kindergarten and 1st Grade will all be released from the Kindergarten Gate, the northernmost gate on Cortner Ave. 2nd through 6th grade students will be released from the main exit by the office. TK, Kinder and Extended Day will enter from the Kindergarten Gate. 1st through 6th grade students will enter campus from the main gate.

On the first day of school, Monday, parents will be allowed on campus in the morning starting at 8:00 am and after school from 2:30 until 2:50. After the first day, you will need to drop off and pick up your child in front of the school. Please remember that the parking lot is for staff only.

Remember, Thursday will also be Back to School Night for students in grades 1st - 6th grade starting at 6:00 pm in the Multi-Purpose Room. We look forward to seeing you there. TK and Kinder Open House is on Monday, the 27th, at 6:00pm in their classrooms. Enter through the kindergarten gate.

The Elliott office has opened for the school year. If you know anyone who plans to register their child for the first time at Elliott and/or in Kindergarten please come to the office right away so we may start the registration process. Spaces are limited and given out on a first-come-first-serve basis. This process usually take longer than a few days so please remind them to stop by soon!
